Job Description
They're the front line of support for clients and customers and ensure to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Also, walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes and selling products and service to clients and processing payments.
Job duties are as follows but not limited to the following:
Requirements
At least 3years Post-Nysc work experience as a customer service personnel is strongly advised in the e-commerce or any related industry.
