Customer Service Representative at Excel and Grace Consulting

Job Description

• Recieve Guests and provide introductory information to new customers
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them.
• Ensure the reception area is comfortable for clients
• Attend to customer via phone calls and social media platforms
• Handle customer service issue and escalate to proper authority
• Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients
• Collect client feedback for management

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of customer service best practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Social media savvy
• Knowledge of online marketing is an added advantage
