    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite channels
    • Provide real-time support and ensure excellent service delivery
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Resolve complaints and escalate issues where necessary
    • Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • At least 1 - 2 years experience in customer service
    • Ability to work rotational shifts
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N150,000 / Month.
