Job Description

• We require the service of a Customer Service/ Relationship Officer in ourLagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.

Key Objectives

• Inquiry follow-up
• Customer satisfaction exercise
• Activation of new accounts
• Re-establishing of old accounts
• Develop in-depth knowledge about company’s services and industry trends
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
• Participate in industry fora, and conferences as a representative of the organization
• Supervise the prospects and leads database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
• Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Manager to achieve revenue goals.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from any recognized university) With a First class or minimum of 2:1
• Age: 21-24yrs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Little experience in the travel industry and good geographical knowledge may be advantageous
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong telephone and email etiquette
• A personable matter and sharp attention to details
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a femaleapplicant
• Must reside around Ikeja or be willing to make the commute
