    Customer Service Personnel

    • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
    • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
    • Answering telephone calls and taking customers orders
    • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked 
    • Inform customers about the day’s specials
    • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
    • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
    • Follow all relevant health and food safety precautions
