Customer Service Officer

- Job Field Customer Success, Service & Operations
Responsibilities
- Attending to online (WhatsApp Messenger & phone calls) food orders from customers
- Responding to online inquiries from customers
- Acknowledging & processing online customer payments
Requirements
- SSCE / OND qualification
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Above 20 years old
- Female
- Customer service-oriented
- Good communication skill (spoken & written)
- Pervious work experience in this role is an advantage
