    Customer Service Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • To attend to all enquiries in a professional manner.
    • Ensure timely responses to all delivery requests.
    • Proffer quick solutions to all complaints & escalate where necessary.
    • Active involvement in process initiatives.

    Qualification

    • Education : BSc / HND
    • Experience : 0 - 1 year
    • You are allowed to work from home

    Added Advantage:

    • Excellent use of English language (oral & written)
    • The ability to multi task & work under pressure.
    • Be a fast learner.
