Human Resource Officer at Jules Construction

Location: Shogunle, Lagos

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
• They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with 1 - 6 years experience. 
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
