    Customer Service Intern

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Intern.
    • This internship opportunity is designed to provide practical experience and a valuable learning opportunity in customer service. As a Customer Service Intern, you will have the chance to develop essential skills and gain insights into the operations of our company.
    • Assisting customers: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
    • Order processing: Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
    • Product knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to address customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our internal systems and databases.
    • Collaborative support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Continuous improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions, aiming to enhance the overall customer service experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in any related feed
    • Corp members with minimum of 6-month to end of service year
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and customer service techniques.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn quickly and navigate various software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
