Job Description

• Ensure that all requests across channels are attended to promptly.
• Followup on issues to ensure all issues are resolved promptly
• Reduce reaction time 
• Get reviews from customers to ensure we do not miss any growth or business opportunity.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to send professional emails.
• Has a strong desire for excellent service delivery.
• Interested in human resources and the career industry.
• Ability to give excellent feedback to customers and management.

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of a first degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Customer service experience or training is an added advantage.
