    Customer Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    We are passionately seeking a transparent and dedicated customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager to build relationships with our online tech students currently learning across various tech course training programs.
    The role involves monitoring students learning performance, ensuring that all lessons, assignments, exercise or projects are covered, resolving urgent classroom issues, and growing our students enrollment drive through building relationships that promotes and supports digital literacy in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • ‌Become the focal point of contact for prospective and current students with interest to learn a digital tech skill, providing ongoing support for registration of new students under any of our online training programs.
    • ‌Guide students especially those that are slow learners to upgrade their performance regularly and promptly follow up on missed or late lessons and assignments completions.
    • ‌Develop, build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and customers of the brand
    • ‌Tackle critical customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their dealings with us, providing clear and effective resolutions using virtual live sessions and real time responses.
    • ‌Team up with students, to execute personal tasks that require collaborations as such.
    • ‌Report feedback to the management team on digital trends, improve learning schemes, and strategies to improve training participation.
    • ‌Hold accurate records of students interactions, registration details, and follow-up actions.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • ‌Bachelor’s Degree holder, Computer science, or a training certification in any tech studies or customer service is preferred.
    • ‌1 - 2 years of experience in customer relationship management from any organisation.
    • ‌Experience in working remotely especially from an organisation that prioritises efficiency in completion of job tasks as at when due.
    • ‌Sturdy interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach to solving complex problems.
    • ‌Ability to identify challenges and provide solutions to fixing issues.
    • ‌Good use of digital tools that promotes the smooth operations of an efficient remote customer relationship manager for the job responsibilities to accomplish.
