Job Details

• Analyze and process retail  credit  requests  for  the  market  facing business units to facilitate prompt decisions.
• Identify high risk retail credits transactions and quickly step them down if they cannot be mitigated.
• Work    with    other    departments    to    ensure    completeness    of documentation to safeguard the Bank’s position.
• Analyze and review retail problem loans and extract learning points for future corrective measures.
• Manage and assist market facing business units in  retail  credit
• structuring transactions and providing advice and interpretations on credit policy.
• Manage the conveyance of all retail credit decisions to the business.
• units to ensure proper information dissemination and swift response.
• Participate in various retail credit process transformation projects, credit product development and credit policy formulation to ensure alignment with Bank’s objectives and goals.

Qualification/Skill:

• Minimum   of   First   Degree   in   a   numerate   or   business   related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Relevant professional  certifications  such   as  Chartered   Financial Analyst (CFA), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) etc. and/or a second degree are added advantages.
• Strong data analytics skill
• Strong financial analysis skills
