    Corporate Sales Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Corporate Sales Officer is responsible for generating and managing insurance sales for corporate clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customized insurance solutions that meet corporate needs.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to corporate clients.
    • Manage customer life cycle through upselling and cross selling of the company’s products.
    • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
    • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
    • Ability to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with branch employees and customers
    • Lead complex and major sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients
    • Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts to management
    • Ensure marketing objectives are in line with sales targets.
    • Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales performance.
    • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to produce reports on sales performance that the management team can use to make the right decisions for the company.
    • Prioritize channel characteristics by how well they help Coronation meet channel objectives and desired customer experience.
    • Educate customers on the digital products and services offered by the coronation.
    • Use specialist knowledge of insurance products and services to meet client needs.
    • Analyze and evaluate which insurance products and services could meet complex client needs.

    What are we looking for?

    Education Background and Work Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, and Finance or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 – 6 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles.
    • Professional certification in Insurance, sales, marketing, or any relevant field.

    Technical Competencies

    • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects, and consultants in assigned market segments.
    • In-depth knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Previous experience in Insurance.
    • Sales acumen.
    • In-depth knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings.
    • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Customer relationship skills.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
