We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to help achieve our growth and revenue targets. You will be working closely with management to optimise our Sales and Acquisition Strategy while driving growth efforts. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition. Your main goal would be to grow our revenue through effective B2B sales efforts and strategic partnerships. To do this job successfully, you need exceptional skills in networking, relationship management and consultative sales. If you also have significant experience in B2B sales in Health Insurance, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our health insurance solutions, while ensuring sustainability of existing revenue streams
Effectively manage existing partners and relationships while actively forming new ones to acquire customers and scale the business
Continuously meet sales targets
Conduct research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs
Develop sales plan to unlock huge partnership deals
Develop new pathways to acquiring customers
Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications/certifications in strategy, marketing or growth hacking would be an advantage
5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Insurance and/or Insurtech companies
Experience in creating successful partnerships and/or driving revenue targets
Proven ability to interpret data, spot trends and leverage data to drive decision making
Good knowledge of the Nigerian market
Excellent track record of meeting and surpassing targets
