Job Description
- Ensure consistency in content and messaging across all digital media platforms (website, social media platforms etc.)
- Drive customer engagement through email and sms marketing.
- Define and enforce key performance indicators for all communications channels which will indicate a campaign's level of success.
- Derive market insight and business intelligence through customer surveys, polls and competitor analysis.
- Manage and optimize online deliveries through strategic partnerships.
- Ensure quality control by regularly monitoring digital communication channels.
