    Content & Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Content and Digital Marketing Manager to lead content creation, manage digital campaigns, and support brand storytelling across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, and experience in executing campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and conversion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Management

    • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client and company goals.
    • Create original, high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce engaging digital assets.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.

    Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

    • Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on data insights.
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop plans for client campaigns.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM-driven communications.
    • Implement tracking, analytics, and reporting for all digital marketing activities.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content performance, digital ads, and audience engagement.
    • Analyze data to derive actionable insights that inform ongoing marketing strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform best practices.

    Collaboration & Support

    • Work closely with internal teams (creative, PR, client services) to align messaging and campaign objectives.
    • Support business development efforts with marketing materials, case studies, and pitch content.
    • Contribute to internal content marketing efforts for Drumroll's brand visibility.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in content development, digital marketing.
    • Experience with agency work is preferred.
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for both short-form and long-form content.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
    • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
