Content Audit Manager at Transsnet Financial

Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for team building, daily management, scheduling, auditor training and assessment, staff recruitment, to continuously improve the professional skills of the team and ensure the stability and efficiency of the team
• Participate in the daily audit work of auditors, find and deal with problems in a timely manner, ensure that the audit work is carried out properly
• Responsible for the inspection and evaluation of the auditor's work results, correcting the auditor's mistakes in the work
• Assist the HQ team to improve the audit strategy and standards to enhance content security and the audit efficiency and quality of team members
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the local audit team
• Other work arranged by the HQ

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above, 3+ years of content review or related work experience, with at least 2+ years of team management experience. Preferably with at least 3 to 8 years of experience in Internet content security. Ability to develop work plans and accomplish set goals, ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong awareness of content security risks and ability to identify potential content security risks
• Strong communication skills, learning ability, insight, logical thinking, highly committed to work, able to quickly adapt to changes in work content and guide the team
• Strong stress tolerance, sense of responsibility, innovation, teamwork spirit and sense of communication and cooperation
• Proficient in using office software, able to complete data statistics and analysis independently, with strong data analysis and processing skills
• Fluent English speaker. Good understanding of local English content or documents.

Salary
N100,000 - N600,000 / month.
