    Contact Centre Agent

    Requirements:

    • Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with strong business and customer focus
    • Telephone Handling Skills
    • Good typing skills
    • Ability to engage and interact with customers.
    • Problem Solving Skills
    • Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • NYSC completion or Exemption Certificate
    • Minimum one year in customer care/contact center experience preferably in a financial institution.
    • Qualifications BSc/HND/BED in Finance, Business, marketing or a related field.
    • Deep understanding and experience in financial/Investment product.
    • Ability to process Retail Loan tasks, collections and any tele-sales functions assigned.
