    Contact Center Agent

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responding to Direct Messages (DMs) (Monitor and reply promptly to inquiries received through social media and messaging platforms with a human touch, Provide accurate information about services, convert inquiries into appointments by guiding potential patients through the booking process)

    •  Appointment Scheduling (Book, reschedule and cancel appointments efficiently)
    • Patient Communication (⁠⁠Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, Provide information about our services, procedures and insurance)
    • ⁠Data Entry and Management (Accurately input patient data and proper management)
    • ⁠Follow- Ups (Proper follow up on all in and out patients)
    • Gives daily, weekly and monthly report to the appropriate channel.
    •  Any other relevant duties as assigned by the management.
