Consultant (Short Term Services) at The Management Solutions for Africa (MS4A)

Description 
The consultancy services will include the following Requirements:

• Assist in conducting research and analysis of sub - regional tools related to GBV and particularly sexual harassment in educational institutions and workplaces in the ECOWAS
• Assist in developing standard procedure tools on sexual harassment in educational institutions and workplaces in the ECOWAS member states
• Perform any other task(s) that may be assigned by the supervisor

Duration of Assignment:

• The assignment is to be completed within five (5) days from the date of the official signing of the contract

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
A successful candidate should have the following expertise and experience:

• Have at least a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or any other related courses
• Certified experts who have proof of developing any regional tools
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in GBV related fields
• List any Regional tools in particularly reginal tools related to GBV that they have been developed
• Has experience developing tools in the field of the fight against gender-based violence and sexual harassment in primary, secondary and educational institution.
• Have a good knowledge of the realities of the context of the West African region, particularly on gender equality;
• Familiarity with the tools and methodology of social science research and analysis
• Have a good knowledge of computer tools: Microsoft Word, Power Point and any other relevant software.
