Core Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and surgical care in orthopedics, including trauma, joint replacement, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, ward rounds, and surgical planning.
• Supervise junior doctors and contribute to continuous medical education.
• Uphold and improve clinical protocols and surgical safety standards.
• Contribute to the development of orthopedic services and strategic growth of the department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS with a Fellowship in Orthopedics Surgery (FWACS, FMCS or equivalent)
• Valid MDCN practicing license
• Minimum of 2–5 years post-fellowship experience in a reputable facility
• Strong surgical skills in both elective and emergency orthopedics procedures
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and high-quality care

Added Advantage

• Experience in a multi-specialty hospital environment
• Interest or exposure to clinical research or teaching
• Proficiency with digital health records and surgical documentation systems
