    Virtual Assistant (Sales)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Virtual Assistant (Sales) to support the Leadership Team in driving enrollment growth, partnership outreach, revenue opportunities, and structured follow-up systems.
    • This role goes beyond administrative support — it requires sales coordination, pipeline management, lead engagement, and conversion support at an executive level

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Lead Management

    • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries (students, partners, institutions)
    • Track leads and maintain CRM or structured pipeline systems
    • Follow up with prospects to increase enrollment conversion rates
    • Support proposal preparation and partnership documentation

    Executive Sales Support

    • Assist leadership with scheduling sales calls and partnership meetings
    • Prepare sales briefs, summaries, and performance reports
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
    • Draft and manage professional email communications

    Growth & Operations Support

    • Monitor enrollment targets and assist in performance tracking
    • Support outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, strategic partnerships)
    • Maintain organized documentation of sales activities
    • Coordinate communication between leadership and external stakeholders

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in sales support, business development, or lead management
    • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and conversion processes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
    • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • Professional discretion when handling executive-level communication
    • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

    Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

    • Experience in education, edtech, or academic institutions
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email campaign tools
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or enrollment funnels
