    Compensation Benefits Specialist

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist tdesign, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that our salary structures, incentives, and benefits align with company objectives, industry standards, and labor laws while supporting overall HR strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Compensation Strategy & Management:

    • Develop, evaluate, and implement competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis tensure compensation remains competitive.
    • Assist in designing and reviewing pay structures, merit increases, and bonus schemes.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee benefits.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements tbenefits offerings.

    Payroll & Compliance:

    • Collate pay advice , work on payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and labor laws.
    • Maintain and update compensation-related policies in alignment with regulatory changes.

    HR Analytics & Reporting:

    • Analyze compensation and benefits data tprovide insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare reports on compensation trends, cost analysis, and workforce benefits usage.
    • Support workforce planning by providing data-driven insights on pay equity and retention strategies.

    Employee Relations & Communication:

    • Provide guidance temployees on compensation and benefits policies.
    • Address employee inquiries regarding salaries, incentives, and benefits.
    • Conduct training and awareness programs on compensation structures and benefits packages.

    HR Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Work closely with HR teams on talent management, performance reviews, and organizational development.
    • Support recruitment efforts by ensuring competitive salary offers.
    • Assist in developing HR policies related tcompensation and employee benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPM, CIPD) is an added advantage 
    • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR analytics.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention tdetail and ability thandle confidential information
