    Company Secretary / Executive Assistant

    Requirements

    • We need a Female legal practitioner to function as Company Secretary/Executive Assistant to the MD.
    • The candidate needs to be knowledgeable in commercial law and property law, contracts negotiation, contracts drafting and review, legal research and advisory, company secretarial duties.
    • Minimum 2-4 years PQE
