Community Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's online communities across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute community campaigns, contests, and online events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in community management or social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Canva for creating high-quality social media graphics.
- Experience using social media management tools is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
