Commercial Excellence and Marketing Manager at Champion Breweries

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Excellence and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial and marketing strategies.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our sales and marketing operations to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall business performance.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in commercial strategy, sales optimization, and marketing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Responsible for performing marketing analytics for a variety of purposes (strategic sessions, tactical initiatives)
• Adopt the use of relevant methodology in driving continual improvement and employ the process approach and risk-based thinking in the sustenance of management systems in the brewery.
• Analyze and improve existing sales processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate expertise in detailed Commercial business processes.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess commercial team productivity and effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities.
• Responsible for performing marketing analytics for a variety of purposes (strategic sessions, tactical initiatives)
• Acts as a consultant and leverages competitive industry /market information and recommends improvements that drive value and commercial effectiveness.
• Implement and manage sales tools or CRM systems to support sales activities. Documents business requirements and process flows and performs gap analysis against critical business requirements.
• Maps business process and requirements and defines how the process is enabled within the tools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Creates business communication and change management steps.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including management, customers, and vendors, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports on commercial activities, progress, and results.
• Documents business requirements and process flows and performs gap analysis against critical business requirements.
• Create, plan, and execute marketing strategies aligned with the business goals.
• Oversee brand management, including brand positioning, image, and messaging.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media.

Qualification:

• Relevant Degree in Marketing, Management Studies, Business admin, and other Social Science-based disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a middle to senior position in the FMCG Industry.
