    Commercial Coordinator

    • We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial Coordinator.
    • The ideal candidate will support our growing Commercial Team by delivering timely insights, streamlining planning across all accounts and channels, and driving data-informed decision-making.
    • This role reports to the Commercial Executive.
    • The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities.
    • Create and maintain General Trade and Open Market Dashboards
    • Create and maintain “Trade Scheme” Trackers for the commercial team and Open Markets.
    • Maintain and update the Current BI documents in conjunction with IT.
    • Collate all regional feedback and information, ensuring on-time delivery.
    • Ensure all Credits/payments are made in full.
    • Create and maintain budget control matrix to drive compliance at the regional level.
    • Manage national availability tracker compiling feedback from regions.
    • Compile Weekly / Monthly report for all commercial team.
    • Sense Check Reporting on Power BI and resolve issues where needed with IT.
    • Manage and update commercial sales incentive programs.
    • Monthly Commercial KPI Report. (Rankings)
    • Compile and distribute standard review templates for all DBs / ZMs and ASM’s.
    • Assist in compiling all relevant feedback on ROI
    • Follow-up on Action points from all Sales Productivity Meetings.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

    Qualification & Experience

    • Minimum of HND or BSc. in administration, accounting, or a related field from a reputable tertiary institution
    • A postgraduate qualification in business administration and finance will be advantageous
    • Proven track record in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales, commercial, trade marketing or business analysis/strategy
    • Relevant knowledge/experience of business management or administration.
    • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience

    Our ideal candidate must have:

    • Consumer behaviour understanding (Proficient in analyzing consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions)
    • IT Proficiency (Microsoft Excel & Power BI)
    • Team coordination skills
    • Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen attention to details
    • Time management skills
    • Planning and Organizational Skills
    • Good presentation skills and reporting
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills
