Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste in all drinks served.
• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and serving area.
• Restock supplies and report low inventory levels promptly.
• Operate basic coffee machines and ensure daily maintenance checks are done.
• Handle customer orders, payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Support team in general upkeep of the outlet, including clearing tables and managing waste.

Requirements

• 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good sense of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be punctual, courteous, and reliable.
• Must reside in or around Ikoyi, Lagos.
