Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Coating Inspector, based in Nigeria.
• The Coating Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and assessing coatings on various materials and surfaces, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Daily tasks include conducting visual inspections, performing coating thickness measurements, documenting inspection results, preparing reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Coating Inspection and Surface Preparation
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications related to coatings
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for quality assurance purposes
• Ability to document inspection results and prepare reports
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Relevant certifications in Coating Inspection are a necessity (e.g., NACE, SSPC)
• Ability to work independently and in a off shore environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
