Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, from project initiation to completion.
Accurately capture and communicate client specifications and requirements to internal teams.
Work closely with clients to understand their project goals, budgets, and timelines, clarify technical specifications and design requirements, ensuring the internal teams have a clear understanding.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and any changes.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address design revisions, material changes, or production adjustments.
Address any concerns, issues, or disputes that may arise during the project, and work with internal teams( production manager, architects, procurement) to provide solution(s).
Ensure client satisfaction after project completion and gather feedback to improve future processes.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
Ensure accurate documentation of all client communication and agreements.
Ability to market the company's products and services to attract new clients
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations
Background knowledge in industrial design, engineering, or architecture
Prior experience in the fabrication/manufacturing sector or marketing and advertising
2-5 years experience in customer/client service role
Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes
