    Client Service Executive

    Grandville Medical Group is currently recruiting for a Client Service Executive.

    Notice Period; 1-2 weeks for candidates that already engaged.

    Experience as a Client Service Executive in the healthcare sector and nearness to the location of the Hospital are very important for any interested candidates.

    Brief description

    A client service executive is responsible for basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone
    • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
    • Responsible for keeping the reception area organized
    • Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
    • Collate and distribute mails, letters, forms and correspondence memos
    • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional document and other correspondence
    • Manage accounts and perform book keeping (Working with the accounts officer for your branch)
    • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the appropriate staff of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
    • Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
    • Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
    • Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving patient details in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
    • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;
    • Contact patients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any changes in schedule and any planned adjustments;
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
    • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation;
    • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business;
    • Ensure follow up calls are carried out on patients after being discharged from the hospital.

     Salary: N100,000
