    Facilitator - Public Sector Networking & Lobbying

    Job Description

    • The Facilitator will design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Public Sector Networking & Lobbying, ensuring participants gain the knowledge, tools, and practical skills required to navigate governmental structures, build strategic relationships, and influence public policy effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop training modules, lesson plans, and session materials.
    • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions (physical or virtual).
    • Provide real-life case studies, practical exercises, and group activities.
    • Assess participants’ learning and provide constructive feedback.
    • Support AIBT in evaluating the effectiveness of the training.
    • Submit post-training reports and recommendations for program improvement.

    Required Skills

    Trainer for ClickUp

    Job Description

    • The ClickUp Software Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering hands-on training sessions to AIBT staff on the use of ClickUp for project management, task tracking, team communication, documentation, and workflow automation.
    • The trainer will ensure that all staff become proficient and confident in using both the ClickUp web platform and mobile/desktop apps.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver a structured ClickUp training curriculum for staff at various competency levels.
    • Train staff on ClickUp features, including tasks, dashboards, docs, time tracking, automation, and workspace management.
    • Provide practical demonstrations and real-time guidance during sessions (physical or virtual).
    • Create training materials such as manuals, slides, and quick-reference guides.
    • Assess staff understanding through exercises, walkthroughs, and short assessments.
    • Offer post-training support during the contract period (helpdesk/Q&A sessions).
    • Recommend workflow improvements using ClickUp to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Submit a short report at the end of the training summarizing outcomes and recommendations.

    Requirements

    • The facilitator will equip legislative aides, public servants, and policy professionals with the skills, knowledge, and practical tools to enhance legislative efficiency, policy analysis, and public sector governance.

    • The role includes guiding participants to apply practical skills in legislative research, drafting, oversight, and public governance.
