    Client Account Manager & Sales Lead

    About the Role

    • Are you passionate about driving client success, building strong business relationships, and leading high-performing teams? We are a leading legal technology company seeking a Client Account Manager & Sales Lead to oversee our Northern Region operations. This is a dynamic role that combines account management, sales leadership, and office administration, perfect for someone who thrives in both strategic and hands-on environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage client-facing teams, including customer service, account management, and sales for the Northern Region.
    • Drive B2B enterprise sales by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and deepening relationships with existing clients.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Abuja office, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with company goals.
    • Collaborate with product and operations teams to provide client feedback and support continuous product improvement.
    • Ensure excellent client experience, timely resolution of issues, and achievement of sales and retention targets.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client account management, customer success, or business development (preferably in a tech, legal, or service-based company) with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage enterprise-level client relationships.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in the legal or technology industry is a strong advantage.
    • Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
