Civil Engineer (Roads and Bridges) at Cosgrove Investment Limited

Job Description: 

• The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
• This includes resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Preferably Having experience in Nigeria as Project Manager or similar position.

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion phases of projects.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and client relations.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Quality and Risk Management:

• Oversee quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks promptly.

Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction of roads and bridges, with experience in piling and planning.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; MSc is an added advantage.
