Summary:

The Individual will look after Maintenance of Entire Plant civil & structural Buildings, Roads, Drains, Sewer Lines, Project Document Control.

Job description:

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all Repairing / construction / Painting work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Oversee daily civil engineering activities at the site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation for routine work as well as of a complete upcoming projects.
• Cost Control measures and initiative without compromising the reliability of systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site among all personnel.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures related to civil engineering works.
• Address and resolve any civil engineering-related issues that arise during construction and plant operations.
• Adapting and implementing suitable quality maintenance system (TPM/TQM/RCM/FMEA/6 Sigma).
• Preparation of Capexes, Budgets  and execution of Civil capexes. 
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and validate civil engineering designs for upcoming projects.  
• Candidate must possess BE/B.tech Civil & Structural Engineering
