Finishes Supervisor (Construction) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finishes Supervisor to oversee all finishing activities on our construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that finishing works are executed to the highest quality standards, within project timelines, and in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including painting, tiling, ceilings, carpentry, glazing, and installation of fixtures.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve on-site issues to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely completion of snagging and rectification works.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years' experience supervising finishing works on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
