Child-Friendly Space(CFS) Supervisor at Catholic Caritas Foundation of Nigeria (Caritas Nigeria)

Job Purpose:

• To oversee activities in Child-Friendly Spaces, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize recreational, educational, and psychosocial activities for children in the CFS.
• Ensure the safety and security of children within the space.
• Maintain detailed records of children’s participation and progress.
• Work with caregivers and community leaders to promote children’s well-being.
• Supervise CFS staff and volunteers to ensure effective service delivery.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the Child Protection Officer.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in child-focused activities or similar roles.
• Experience working in humanitarian or protection projects is desirable.

Physical Demands:
