    Chief Security Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and coordinate all aspects of security within our organisation.
    • The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, ensuring the safety of personnel, staff, visitors, and assets, and maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
    • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in law enforcement, the military, or corporate security management. Retired force men are strongly encouraged to apply. Immediate resumption.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure effective performance and vigilance.
    • Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
    • Coordinate emergency response, crisis management, and evacuation drills.
    • Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and ensure their functionality.
    • Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on security matters.
    • Investigate security breaches and incidents and provide timely reports to management.
    • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
    •  Safeguard the organisation’s physical and human assets through proactive planning and security intelligence.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military service.
    • Proven leadership and crisis management skills.
    • Strong knowledge of security technology and modern surveillance systems.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Integrity, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.
