Hotel Security Personnel at Teestone Hotels & Apartment

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and vigilant Hotel Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.
• The successful candidate will monitor hotel premises, respond to security incidents, enforce hotel policies, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Control access to hotel facilities and verify the identity of visitors when necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, disturbances, accidents, and fire alarms.
• Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns and provide support during emergencies.
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential security and safety hazards.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when required.
• Enforce hotel rules, regulations, and security procedures.
• Ensure all emergency exits and safety equipment are accessible and functioning properly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate; additional security training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in security services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety regulations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
