As our COO, you’ll be the engine driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution and propelling our growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with SAO Group’s overall vision and the specific needs of each subsidiary.
Oversee all operational functions, including supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, IT infrastructure, and facilities management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with the CEO and executive team to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement performance metrics to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are
A seasoned and accomplished COO with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in a senior operations leadership role within a complex, multi-subsidiary organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.
In-depth understanding of best practices in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and clearly communicate operational strategies.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
