    Chief Operating Officer

    Job Objective:

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be the key driver of our company's core commercial and operational functions. This role is responsible for turning the company's vision and strategy into actionable plans and results. The COO will own the entire customer-facing value chain, from sales and marketing to supply chain coordination and service delivery, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability across all commercial activities.     Core Functions

    Strategic & Operational Leadership

    • Translate the company’s strategic objectives into executable operational plans and performance targets.
    • Oversee day-to-day business activities across all commercial, marketing, distribution, and support functions under their purview.
    • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity across all operating units.
    • Collaborate with the Managing Director and other executives to shape and implement the company’s growth strategies.

    Sales, Distribution & Market Performance

    • Oversee the Commercial Division, ensuring sales targets and distribution objectives are met nationwide.
    • Strengthen channel management, dealer networks, and retail operations to maximize market reach.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making for business expansion.

    Marketing & Brand Management

    • Supervise the Marketing & Corporate Communications Division, ensuring brand consistency and strong market presence.
    • Guide marketing campaigns, product promotions, and corporate branding initiatives to enhance visibility and revenue.

    Business Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure operational alignment between all divisions for seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
    • Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain functions to ensure smooth integration of operational and financial controls.

    Leadership & Performance Management

    • Lead and mentor Division Heads, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Establish clear KPIs and performance measures for all business units under the COO’s supervision.
    • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement initiatives.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Represent the company in key strategic meetings, partnerships, and external engagements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT leadership to ensure cohesive decision-making.

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 12–15 years relevant experience leading sales, digital and trade marketing teams, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within FMCG, Telecoms, or Mobile Accessory Distribution.
    • Proven experience managing large sales and distribution networks across multiple regions.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and implement scalable operational systems.
