    Chief of Staff

    Job Summary:

    • The Chief of Staff is a senior-level professional responsible for providing strategic support to the Managing partner. This role will oversee business development, maintain financial records, attend meetings and take minutes, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    • Support business development strategies aimed to drive growth and revenue.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute business plans.

    Financial Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

    Meeting Support:

    • Attend meetings and take minutes.
    • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
    • Follow up on action items and ensure implementation.

    Executive Support:

    • Provide strategic support to the Managing Partner.
    • Manage the executive's schedule, correspondence, and communications.
    • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
    • Manage projects and initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • MBA or relevant advanced degree will be a added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, finance, or executive support.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
