Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant at Bonita Foods

• We're looking for a Chief of Staff / EA to support our Senior Executive in executing strategic projects.
• The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of strategic leadership experience, preferably as a Chief of Staff, and a strong background in financial technology.
• Excellent communication skills and strong project management abilities are essential. Sound knowledge of CBN regulations, payment systems, and FinTech regulations is mandatory.
• This role demands a self-motivated, ethical individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist executive in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
• Edit and refine content for newsletters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the FinTech space to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
• Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
• Previous Fintech experience is essential.
• Sound knowledge of payment systems, CBN regulations and FinTech regulations. 
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills required.
• Proven track record of execution and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong process and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker adept at working independently and in teams.
• Highly ethical and comfortable challenging norms.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
• Principal prefers a graduate of Covenant University, but other BSc. holders are welcome to apply.
