Chief Financial Officer

- As we prepare for the next phase, including exciting strategic partnerships and infrastructure development, we are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing financial strategy, planning, and reporting across all subsidiaries (Leks Schools League, Escola United, Escola Park, SAFE).
- Structuring and managing capital raises, investor relations and long-term financing.
- Building scalable financial systems and controls for sustainable growth.
- Working closely with the CEO and board to shape strategy and governance.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ experience in finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proven track record in fundraising, deal structuring, and/or managing large-scale projects.
- Passion for sport, education and social impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – able to work in a fast-growing, ambitious environment.
