    Project Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and property development projects
    • Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality execution
    • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and technical drawings
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
    • Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
    • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
    • Manage project resources, materials, and timelines effectively
    • Liaise with architects, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure proper documentation of project processes and handover procedures.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
    • 2 - 5 years experience in construction/project engineering (real estate experience preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.

    Facility Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
    • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
    • Manage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
    • Handle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
    • Monitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO / SEM).
    • Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets.
    • Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials).

    Customer Service / Estate Management Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and residents
    • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Oversee daily estate operations, ensuring cleanliness, security, and functionality
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services
