Facility Manager at Pruvia Integrated Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
• Manage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Monitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service schedules
• Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in facility or property management (real estate experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage
