• We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the organization’s financial future. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a central role in driving financial strategy, safeguarding assets, optimizing performance, and supporting long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and key financial stakeholders.
• Lead risk management activities including financial, operational, and strategic risk assessments.
• Direct capital raising efforts and manage investment strategies as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team.
• Oversee tax planning, treasury, procurement, and cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, capital markets, and financial risk management.
• Proven track record of driving financial growth, efficiency, and strategic transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams.
