Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls across the organization. 
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and readiness. 
• Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to executive management. 
• Support operational efficiency and profitability across departments. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in audit, specifically auditing manufacturing companies, from a reputable audit firm.
• Mid-career professional with strong leadership capability and readiness to step into a strategic CFO role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. 
• Ideal Candidate Profile: A well-rounded accountant with 5–10+years of relevant experience. 
• Background in audit firms (Big 4 or mid-tier) with hands-on exposure to manufacturing clients. 
• Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and business partner to senior management.
