NYSC Customer Support Officer at Feed Avenue Ltd

Purpose

To provide excellent customer support by responding to customer enquiries/queries, following up on orders and deliveries, handling complaints, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries/queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Channel customers enquiry on products, prices, availability, and order status to the Sales Admin Coordinator.
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries and keep customers updated via approved communication channel.
• Receive, record, and collate all customer survey forms complaints until resolved.
• Conduct post-delivery/customer follow-ups to gather feedback.
• Distribute and collect customer feedback forms.
• Escalate customer issues requiring sales, logistics, stock, for management attention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Support the Sales AdminCoordinator with customer service-related activities as required.

Qualification Requirement 

• BA/BSc/HND 
• Applicants must either have been deployed or be scheduled for deployment under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Nigeria at the time of application. 
• Must have at least 10 months remaining in their service year.
