Overall: The role objective is to successfully lead the Aventus Nigeria business through the growth towards becoming the top leading Digital Lending Platform in Nigeria.

Detailed:

• Build a strong local Team who will ensure an excellent customer experience across all platforms and processes: The Product/ Mobile App, Verifications, Collections, Call Center/
• Customer Service, Finance, HR.
• Represent Aventus Nigeria at all Digital Lending/ Fintech associations/ forums
• Continued market research, driving new products, innovative solutions to continuously maximize NPS/ Net promoter Score and Exceptional Customer Experience
• Ensure best practices across all Operational Departments: Underwriting, Call Center, Collections, the Product/ Mobile App. Working closely with HQ Functional Leaders/ experts
• Drive result-oriented culture, a metrics-based approach
• Be an Inspirational Leader, be the Mentor & Coach for the Team, hands-on approach
• Ensure full Compliance with local Laws & Regulations for the Digital Lending/ Fintech Industry
• Continued Risk Management and Controls
• Own Financial Results of the Nigeria Operations, leading Monthly budget calls & Financial results reviews

Ideal candidate's prior skills, and expertise:

• Banking, ideally PDL business experience
• Great leadership, hands-on approach
• Good network with Collection Agencies, Credit Bureaus, and FinTech companies
• Great analytical skills
• Understanding the market
• Understanding the target audience for PDL business very well
• Technology, innovation mindset
• Great Communication at the different levels of the Organization.
